Who I Am
Senior transformation leader delivering operating model change across capital markets and alternative investments, end to end, from senior governance to working solutions.
I lead programmes with experience spanning complex, regulated financial services institutions across the buy-side and sell-side, working with senior leadership to set direction, redesigning processes and governance, and owning delivery until change is embedded and producing results.
My background also spans enterprise technology, including hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes to validate change before committing engineering capacity, giving me the commercial grounding to know which changes matter, and the delivery depth to make them stick.
